Founding Partner
After collecting over a decade of experience in the areas of national and international contracts and conflict resolution, in particular arbitration, Danielle Farah Ziade works as an arbitrator, lawyer and legal consultant, with an emphasis on civil construction, infrastructure, mining and corporate disputes.
Ziade’s career path is marked by renowned offices in Belo Horizonte/MG, where she worked as a lawyer and a secretary of arbitral tribunals of complex arbitration procedures relevant to the Brazilian market, administered by the main Brazilian and international arbitration chambers.
Ziade has a degree in Law from Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC Minas) and a Master’s degree in Private International Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG). She is a Professor at PUC Minas in the Construction Claims Specialist MBA and in the Capital Projects MBA. She is also the Regional Coordinator of Minas Gerais of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr) and of the Brazilian Institute of Contract Administration (IBRACONT).
She was Director and General Secretary of the Brazilian Association of Arbitration Students – ABEArb and was a Member of the Organizing Committee of the Brazilian Arbitration Competition – Petrônio Muniz (CAMARB), in addition to having published several scientific articles.
Driven by her Lebanese heritage and the desire to positively impact the environments she goes through, Danielle leads the firm Ziade Advocacia, putting into practice her knowledge based on a meeting between tradition and disruption. These are outstanding characteristics of her professional life, combined with clear and accessible communication, making the complex field of Law easily understandable to her clients.
